5. Payments, Donations & Refund Policy
5.1 Donations
All donations made via Alsaadiq.org are considered final and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g. duplicate or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days, and we will review the situation in good faith.
5.2 Digital Products and Services
Refunds are not generally provided for digital products, downloadable content, or online services unless:
- You did not receive the product or content
- There was a technical issue or fault
- You were charged in error
Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
5.3 Workshops, Events, and Courses
If you register for an event or service:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the start may be eligible for a refund or credit
- Cancellations within 48 hours may not be refundable
- If we cancel an event, we will offer a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date
5.4 Refund Processing
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
